The first class our teacher shows us some video to help us to know the last year students work about Al Mahara Training Center to make our work easier and make the idea clear. After that, we started talk about the first things we should do to prepare our center. First, we planned for the organization charts, business plan, website, loge and the mission. Second, our teacher take us to Al Mahara Training Center to see the place and think about a good design and layout. Third, she divided us to five group and ask us to set together to think for many thing such as, layout , mission, loge, organization chart and slogan. Then every group told the teacher what they write. We select the colors which are green and orange for the borders. In addition, we chose the job and each students should to write the job description for it. Furthermore, our teacher asked for us to staff to help us move the cabinets and other materials to setup the Training center. In addition, we met two staff who teach us how to use the lamination and banding machines. Our teacher chose our friend Mariam to recorded her voice in AMTC phone. What we had done for week 1 is mission, loge, organization chart, job description, design the layout and slogan.
