Weekly Report 7

In the first day in this week some of AMTC employees went to the corridor to design the stand and put some brochures, log book, chocolates and posters on it. Then each 2 or 3 employee did a shift for the stand. Some of employees also, continue the work in AMTC such as: finished the layout of the center and disrepute the brochures and posters. In the second day some of AMTC employee did interview with Khaleej newspaper in the phone and talk about what they did in the centre and their responsibility on it. In the last hour of AMTC there was session on Excel which was done by Aisha and Maryam Salem. In 15/ 10/2009 and at 11 am the AMTC was opening. But before that we was taking the instructions from Ms. Amal. I and Asma Abdualrahman were walking behind Mr. Ged when he come to the AMTC and cut the ribbon. Then Shima welcomes him and talk about her responsibilities in the AMTC, then he washed movie maker which some of the students in our class do it. After that, the departments’ managers talk with him and told him their responsibilities. Moreover, he writes in the guest book and then I give him trophy and thank him for his supporting and making us great trainer. At the end of the opening, Sharjah TV interviews us and Ms. Amal to take some information about us and about AMTC.
