•Providing the schedule for the left and policies of the college and train external clients.
•Deciding who will contact people and deal with them outside the college.
•Finalizing of the poster and brochure.

•Meeting with GM and setting the deadlines for the all works that must the employees done for it.
•Discussing of the each department should make the forms for their members that what they do and evaluate them.
•Discussing about the trainer that have to make 2 lessons plan and 2 lessons delivery.
30 September 2009
•Finalizes the attendance sheet by the Human Resource department.
•Reading the roles and policies for AMTC by the Human Resource Manager for the employees.
•Discussing about the training sessions weekly and who will train and when it will be and what will be trained.
•Continuing in the decorating and organizing the AMTC and helps others.
•Showing whole class the website for the AMTC.
1 October 2009•Discussing several things for the opening day such as buy the flowers, sweets, making gift for the Mr Fraid and for the clients.
•Trying the machine that print the logo of AMTC and stick on the hand.
•Printing invitation cards and laminates them.
•Working in making movie maker for the AMTC.
