All the team met on Sunday to discuss and plan what we should do, and we divided ourselves into groups to write a business plan. We decided with the Administration Manager each department how many files they need. We started to write manuals for training and each two girls chose a specific application to explain. Each department printed out the mission statement and we put it in the center. Also we continued to design the center. I collected the weekly report from my department employees and I gave it to the Administration manager.
