• I took the attendance and I write the names of the students who have a shift in AMTC
• I contacted with other students to find out if they want any training session to complete my training hours.
• I organized my folder and I checked if there are something is missing.
• I called the Sharjah Theater Group asking them if they need any training sessions for the next two weeks
• Created the certifications for Tamkyn students.
• I created a table in Excel to put the names of the students, who supmited the weekly reports on time and who is late for all the weeks of Al Mahara.
• I worked on creating a handout for the session on Thursday for Al Tamkyn students.
• I prepared lesson plan and exercise for the session and I printed the handouts and the session materials that I need for the session.
• I had a session for Al Tamkyn students and Miss Amal assessed me.
• I put all the session materials in my file and in the G drive.
