Week 5
From 27/09/2009 to 1/10/1009
On Sunday all the members of Al Mahara center met with the general manager and the CEO attended the meeting. We discusses how we are going to market our services and we decided that we will set up a stand in the corridor for 3 days and during these three days we will answer the students and the staff questions and we will give them brochures. Then all the managers met with the CEO and we decided on the opening day and it will be on 15th October and also we decided who we are going to invite and how we are going to decorate the building and some students suggested that they will put a carpet and flowers. On Wednesday, I told all the members about the rules and regulation and then we all signed the bylaws paper. We continued working on the manuals and organizing the center layout.
